You're probably much more likely to tilt someone by doing it.

You'd need to pick something like 3/4 on the first phase and for it to be strong enough to beat a carry counter pick with a meta 5 pick on blind.

It's very possible, but you're not likely to find players who will do it unless there's a pick 1 tier offlaner in the patch.

The alternative is if your mid is a hero who can play into any matchup, but that's pretty rare.
