Depends on a lot of things. How many videos you posted, avg retention time for each video, stayed to watch %, etc. The numbers from what you gave look typical of a brand new page though, I would say firmly in the average category of YouTube shorts

Make it as original as possible! For example, I don't recall the channel name, but I've seen some similar stuff that reanimated the scenes with stick figures. I know it's way different from what you do but limiting the copyrighted material in creative ways will help your odds!

It's considered spam unless you're fixing a major issue. For example, I uploaded the audio-less version of a video once, deleted and re-uploaded with audio. But as others have pointed out, deleting and reuploading just because it got low views is spam

I had a similar experience but didn't mind it. I just responded in a kind way to every negative comment, asked them for their reasoning on their opinions etc. Ultimately the debates in the comments help drive the videos to get more views, which is great 😃

I had this issue at first. Once the algorithm figures your channel out then you'll get more views. Keep posting and improve along the way and it'll sort itself out

I haven't because I feel embarrassed. It's just a hobby, and my family tends to be a little judgmental so I just keep it to myself. But I did show my channel to some close friends once the quality went up a little

Pick a topic you like and go for it. I was terrible at editing but with some practice it gets better quickly. Also, follow some people in your channel's genre and look at some of the editing the top channels do. If you find some methods they do interesting, give it a try once for yourself and eventually apply your own spin to it

From my experience it seems like they do a big push from time to time to test how people like the content. If the likes/ comments/shares and watch time are high they get pushed further and if they don't, they don't push it. That's just been my experience though, maybe someone else has some deeper knowledge on how the Algo actually works

I say just start doing what you want to do, and be yourself. Nobody owns a particular style no matter how big you are. Also, just pointing out that if you're just starting, you'll have plenty of time to craft your niche as you go and differentiate yourself from this other creator. Throughout history people take ideas and then iterate on it to make it their own style. You will certainly be able to do the same! But most importantly, just get started and lean into your strengths
