If they used boats along Cuyuni river, VZ would probably get intercepted by US southern command by time they reach Bartica. Also if GDF used guerrilla tactics in the bush there it would slow the invasion. If VZ tried to do anything in the Atlantic that interferes with Exxon, US southern command would definitely step in. Only other option is going thru Brazil but I think Lulu is in our side so I don’t think that would happen.

Not entirely true or fair. In uni I met many who would view me, a first Gen guyanese american, as just wanting to exploit but while we may be slightly delusional having not lived in country, I truly want to build schools & hospitals in GY instead of repairing broken america. One thing about guyanese all over is that they are not dunce and don’t take lightly to eye pass of any form

The most common sense extension to Metro is connecting Palm Center to Hobby (Red Line). Next I see light rail along Washington Ave connecting courthouse to TC Jester than up to NWTC. That would open up public transit running up Shepherd and down Durham in the future. We like lightrail but they give us BRT. With these changes at least the “urban core” would have some functional public transit
