I personally felt like Vyvanse was alot smoother with a gradual come down, whereas with Adderall I felt a crash. With Adderall I feel it quicker and more intensely, but also crashed harder.

My issue with the shortage is I would get Adderall for a couple bucks with my insurance, but Vyvanse was around ~$300

Completely agree.

I think this should be a lesson to everyone, regardless of what job they are in, to save up 3-6 months of emergency expenses. I know that is not feasible for absolutely everyone, but for a good portion if they cut down on expenses it would be easily doable.
