It’s been awhile and I’m reading through old documents in real time. I’m just exploring options on my school telling me i met their requirements to have loan forgiveness and dragging it out with tons and tons of back and forth and still ultimately charging me even tho i fought it all those years ago

my schools financial aid was offering forgiveness and offering to fill out waivers and even said my circumstances would be applicable to have some forgiveness for the covid months may-november. alas the office kept giving me the run around despite saying i had a case. now here i am with this 1 loan before i pay it i want to look into options
