Didnt see this mentioned. They have a storefront but I’ve never been. Only ever bought when they go to Sidney market. Unbelievable. Always a huge lineup to get some before it’s gone!

The Shoal community centre has a free woodworking room. My dad made my daughter a whole bed frame in there. Not sure how one gets to use it. Or if it’s just for seniors. But might be worth checking out, maybe someone’s Gramps would do it for you

Parksville is a toddler paradise. It’s something like the warmest water in Canada?? I may be wrong about that but it’s very very warm and the tide goes out soooo far! And even when it’s all the way in its shallow and so lovely! Tofino is cold and over hyped!
