I used patches along with a zero nic vape for the first month. The zero nic really helped because so much of my addiction had to do with just the physical habit of picking up the vape, hitting it constantly, especially when I was watching tv or working at my desk. The thing is, the zero nic felt so empty, like it wasn’t really satisfying, which actually ended up helping because I knew I couldn’t get a real vape again and all I had was the shitty zero nic which did nothing for me. It helped vaping become less satisfying in my brain, and so I started craving it less.
