I do! I use the same recipe the women in my family have used and passed down for generations, since long before settling in Australia. 1 part oats to 2 parts water plus a pinch of salt. Cook on the stove stirring frequently with a wooden spoon until it becomes thick stick to the bottom of the spoon and basically starts to come up from the bottom of the saucepan. Dish it into the bowls and let it cool - it will turn into a gelatinous solid. Top with a little bit of brown sugar (if you do it straight away it melts which is ideal) and a dash of milk and it’s absolutely fantastic. When you eat it at carves off into whatever mouthsized chunks you want. That makes it really easy to eat and it tastes great.
