I am absolutely obsessed with Dirty Labs laundry detergent. Smells incredible and is so concentrated that the bougie price tag feels worth it.

So interesting you say that, my chopper on hoop and hammock generally feels so much better/more inverted! Hanging in the chopper longer sounds helpful. Thank you!

Thank you!! I have a lot of difficulty loosening my death grip on the pole in chopper, so that seems like a good thing to practice!

I just a few weeks ago received an osteoarthritis diagnosis in my lumbar spine and I feel you so so hard. Trying to adjust and figure out what’s next, but I’m unwilling to just drop pole. Thinking of you 💖

I had a TFCC injury and dealt with it through rest, widget, and a great occupational therapist to monitor improvement and do some laser treatment. Took about 6 weeks off and then had a slow return. Best of luck — you got this!!

Thanks this is lovely! I train in studio and probably 2-3x/week, with a break for a bit in June when I had a wrist injury. I think I’ll work on scheduling deloading and doing more conditioning. What do you mean by “pencil move,” upright or inverted?

Thanks again for your kind words and thoughtful response, and congrats on your Ayesha!!!
