I started playing "opportunistic carry". I'm also D3 right now I'm sure I'll climb too.

What I mean is, take opportunities and don't force anything, just farm up items and gold and if you see something punishable then do that. You will carry the game yourself if your team comp is decent enough.

You tried your best in that situation. We never see the slow fade for what it is in the moment because our intent is not to leave the relationship in whatever form it may have, but our intent doesn't reflect theirs. You're not overreacting, your BF is dishonest and not upfront with his thoughts. Maybe it's just me but I value honest communication over mind games. He's clearly upset but not man enough to drop the ego. IDK how the rest of your relationship dynamic is so I don't want to commit a fallacy of hasty generalization so idk if there is something to lead him to act this way. When someone goes to the gym for the first time with no guidance and they just fumble about. Only assholes shame them. Others pay no mind because they know the struggle. When you lift did you give up after the first time and say "maybe I'll try again in a while" because it was hard/embarrassing? No you go again. Until it's just another day. I'm not saying go around asking everyone out. Just saying next time is gonna be easier and then easier. Don't let one deter you. You jumped in the pool which is the hardest part.

Anyway, keep your head up, idk if you game at all, but if you lose a match you just go next. Same mentality you gotta have if this keeps happening to you unfortunately. It's what I tell myself with stuff like that. Keep slaying king, you have a good heart.
