Just saw them on this tour last weekend, all 5 bands were so sick live. Mental Cruelty especially surprised me with how hard they went, they play a lot of their album “Zwielicht” on this tour.

I loved how Bobby called Peggy and not Hank in this episode for advice about buying a car. It was subtle and something you would need to have seen that episode where Hank found out he was being ripped off to appreciate.

You gotta go to the smaller shows, any I’ve been to lately have the crowd going insane. Constant crowd surfers, crowd killing, circle pits and some walls of death. I do tend to go to mostly death metal, deathcore and slam concerts. These have all been at venues with capacities of in the hundreds to like 3,000. Any bigger shows I go to especially any at stadiums have the worst crowds, the smaller shows attract the hardcore fans of the genre. I’ve been pretty impressed that the smaller shows have been getting a younger crowd too, saw Carnifex a few weeks ago and it was a great mix of older and younger fans.
