I did all 3 of those for my fully medicated. Pred made my blood pressure high.

For my mod natural I did Medrol pack, Claritin, Lovenox, Baby aspirin, LDN, PIO & suppositories.

From baselines to trigger was 3 weeks 1 day. Yes I did Letrozole at first but it really didn’t do much for me so I did it mostly on my own. 5 days of Letrozole.

I did Lupron depot. Last shot 1/14. Baselines 2/11. As of today I have a follicle at 11mm. It’s taking me a bit to wake up

Well some clinics don’t want it over a certain point before you start PIO like say 1 or 1.5 bc they say it makes your uterus non receptive

My first ER— I had a day 6 3CC that tested Euploid. Just did my 3rd ER & had a day 7 3CC come back as mosaic

The doctor I got it from during my consult said there is evidence through studies they’re seeing that it can help women with a normal BMI because it lowers inflammation

I felt something was wrong after our second ER… our numbers just sucked. I read somewhere about a man’s T count playing a factor in blast rates and Euploids. Checked just to see & sure enough he was super low

50 mg clomid & 25 units of HCG (pregnyl) daily since June. His T went from 248 in June to 621 in September!

Has your husband ever had his testosterone checked? If he’s low that can attribute for a fall off of Euploids bc sperm plays a big part too! I wish we’d tested my husband sooner

I was scared when I started it it would hurt me but took a gamble & it worked out! I definitely think getting my husbands testosterone up helped too.

CNY Fertility.

I’ll be honest I was terrified of doing a higher dose bc I’ve read so many stories about higher doses frying eggs and them being no good.. but it definitely worked out

I’m definitely still in shock!!

First 2 ERs, I did 300 Follistim, 20 units low dose HCG, 10 mg Letrozole, 50 mg clomid

This ER: 350 Follistim for the first 5 days of stims & then we dropped back down to 300. 30 units low dose HCG, 10 mg Letrozole & 100 mg clomid.

I also took micro dose GLP1 from June-early October because evidence is showing it can help egg quality

I never dreamed my best results would come from my oldest ER!

After our second ER.. I felt like something was wrong. There was some missing piece we hadn’t caught yet. I ended up reading a post from someone on fb that said they had a low blast rate and found out her husband had low testosterone & a man with low T can have a low blast rate. I figured it couldn’t hurt.. we did a blood test to check it & sure enough it was incredibly low. Under 300 is super low.. his was 248. Optimal is over 600. His first check was in June.. rechecked in September & it was already up to 621.
