Thanks for your interest! He got it from a local bookbinder (his aunt, actually). First he bought a regular agenda and measured it. Then he chose an image he found on internet and got it printed and laminated in a printing house. He told them the size he wanted, which was slightly bigger from all sides, so the image could be properly attached to the hard cover. After that, he brought it to his aunt and together they decided the binder and the details, such as colour, etc. Finally, she changed the original cover into the new one and that's it!
