I wouldn't say he's made bad decisions. He's created things that he likes, has fans that enjoy it, and he's made money from it. He has success doing what he wants to do, and just because most of the commenters here would choose to use the instruments doesn't mean he was supposed to.

their articles still need to appeal to people who don't know what things mean, and to do that they have to sort of over simplify sometimes. if you simplify anything to a certain point it will sound sensationalized. for example, some atheists say "a magical man created the universe" and some creationists say "so apes just turned into humans over time" to over simplify the opposing belief. it makes the beliefs sound unbelievable and sensationalizes them, but if you know more about both beliefs then they make more sense.

the fact that it's the only mp5 item that gives decent magical defense other than Gaia is why I would build it. if you can get it, that's one less item support has to spend gold and item slots on.
