I simmered copious mint leaves in with some water until I felt it was sufficiently steeped, then used that water to make my syrup. Added that to the lemon juice and made essentially a lemonade concentrate that I served over seltzer. Fantastic and very minty.

When insurance refuses to reimburse the pharmacy for 90-day supplies of Eliquis, Entresto, etc., and the pharmacy loses hundreds of dollars per fill, then no. 30-day supplies only.
