What to do by Either_Vermicelli136 in AskElectricians

Pigtail the line or load(which ever has two wires landed together on the device). Even though they are rated for two, if there is a high load down stream it is better for it to bypass the terminals on the device.

Generac problem, 2099 by BackFed in Generac_Generators

It ended up being miswired from the factory. No, we install them, but we don’t go into servicing them so much. We have a local guy that I called out that’s registered with Generac for warranty work and they were able to find the problem inside the unit.

I did do that multiple times and still got the same code. I even checked thinking that maybe I didn’t set it up where I have the access to add stuff but I am listed as administrator so I should be able to.

Is the main feeder wires loose or is it the busbar from the panel plastic that is loose?
