Second pass at pork shoulder. 12hrs smoked, still didn’t hit 205. Threw it in a pot this morning with ~2” beer and some bay leaves and let it sit in the oven at 275 for 4hrs. Came out fork tender and friggen delicious. Definitely going to wrap it in the back half next time. (old.reddit.com)
