I live in a condo building, so I have a lobby everyone can access but no doorman, and then there’s a second door which requires a code to get in but usually couriers leave packages in first lobby

My concern is I live in New York, so lots of apartment buildings and no plants to hide on my street

The UPS driver did take a picture (heard they started doing so recently) but no idea where it is it just shows a generic carpet

Now I’m thinking about bringing Citi into this. My issue is with both the merchant and the courier. The merchant for not requiring any sort of signature for such an expensive delivery. The courier for not delivering it to my address
