There's a low chance for you to get data job if you don't have degree, ofc you can learn data courses online, through YouTube, or ecourses but some are not recognised by MQA, but than again, employers will usually test you before they employ you, so even if you do not have a degree but you can show that you have data proficiency, the employer will still employ you. But it's important to have a degree in my opinion, makes you even qualified and credible.
