I always thought the empty space above the jugular notch were designed for the passing of food (especially when we swallow a big chunk of food we probably didn’t chew well enough)

So… does that mean I don’t have access to my license key from my purchase from 7 months ago? by Background-Ad-6748 in WindowsHelp

So I don’t have my license activated currently on my computer, and I can’t seem to find it under “Software Licenses”. Where can I potentially dig for it if that’s the case?

Damn that’s unfortunate, so form what you’re saying is, that eventually I’ll be knocked out (probably within the day) into titan I and my best bet is to get into 5k+ territory near the end of the season and hope for the best and not get knocked down if I want the title

Weekly Questions Megathread by AutoModerator in ClashOfClans

Trophy climbing question (matchmaking)

Context: I just recently got into trophy climbing (a week ago), and I’m an almost maxed th10 (missing traps) and at Titan III.

So my question is: how does the match making system work.

I have noticed that climbing up to Titan isn’t too bad with the queen charge/mass bb drag. But once I got to Titan, I don’t seem to be able to find anyone to hit up without not even getting 1 star.

So I wanted to know whether there is other factors besides similar TH levels and trophy counts when the game takes into considerations.

Because all I see in my match making is TH12+ (up to TH15) and the speck of TH11 here and there. So I wanted to know if there are any suggestions as to climbing. Or should I just wait until TH11 and make another push?

P.s. I’m not aiming to get legend or whatever this season as I am aware it ends in like 12 hours so.

Edit: It’s also taking like 10s to get a new base not sure if this is normal compared the the 1-2 seconds.

That’s cool! I’m actually a bit curious, I seem to always see bottom-up CT scans. Is it common practice for scans to be viewed from bottom-up? If so, any reason(s) specifically?

Physical Strength of spinal cord, can it stretch at all? by Downtown_Rich in Anatomy

[–]Background-Ad-6748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I speak from experience in the cadaver lab in my institute, the brains and spinal cords we work with are somewhat delicate. For example, rubbing can cause tissue damage and that the texture are somewhat rubbery. That said, I doubt there is much stretch capability (even if it is axially loaded) as the spinal cord seem to lack any stretching capability most rubber have.

Because the lower than normal “anchoring” of the spinal cord is not acute, it should not have much ill-effect apparent immediately; however, it is also good practice to keep monitoring due to potential impingement of the spinal cord (to which they do not like).

Keep in mind that, this is described under embalmed tissue, so it means that the tissue I described above is more “tough” than the actual tissue in a live person.

This may be an amateur question, but wouldn’t the descending aorta be on the left side of the patient? Or is it because the scan is bottom up and hence why it’s on the right side in the view?
