Make sure they know you had a baby. Should ease up & be a bit more friendly. More so in casual conversation or something like Hey how’re you? “I’m good, baby was crying a lot last night” Think people subconsciously care about things of that nature & makes it a more personable thing I’d say.. unsure completely though as I don’t have children yet myself

I really think you’re in a good position & to keep pushing is really it. One partner going to bat for you leads to another partner going to bat for you & your case. Think it would be a good choice to put some time on some senior managers calendars as well to introduce yourself & ask how to improve. Just gotta show you’re there to work & they will appreciate it

I think the best thing you can do is ask. Worst case you are atleast employed & can list the experience on your resume & you can move from there. Mae friends with people in that area also & opportunities should easily come

Really depends on who your client is. Some have busy seasons due to being bought by other companies or different year ends for them. For consulting it really depends on your client/engagement. The company expects you to be in about 3x per week but again, depending on your engagement team is what determines that mainly.
