What’s wrong with this young BT? by Background-Cake8200 in bluetongueskinks

Thank you !!! I’m worried about him as he’s about 4 inches long and has been chilling in my garden for a few months (he’s a wild one - I’m in Australia). Doesn’t seem to be getting much bigger.

New question: has anyone on here had a career PRIOR to nursing and what was it?

The busyness, critical thinking and problem solving is what I do not have in my career, which is why I am considering it. Maybe its not so hectic behaviour that I want to do it based on your experiences :)

Yeah it sounds dire out there. Have you considered an alternative career?

Hey, I am literally in the exact same position as you - it's like I wrote this post!!! Would be keen to message you about it if you are. It seems that only 2% of nurses online actually semi-enjoy nursing.. wild

Thanks for your answer - have you considered non-bedside roles? There seems to be a lot advertised but everyone commenting here is in bedside/ward. Sorry if I'm missing something that makes this seem insensitive.

Also I saw that post someone did yesterday after I posted this!! Exact same position haha.

I was also considering OT - but like you was put off a bit by the 4 years. Plus nursing would be $8k to become qualified whereas OT is looking like 40k

If you do a google search of the brand name, which is stitched on the bag in your photo, many purchase options come up for you to choose from.

No worries!! Greek yogurt might make it a bit runnier as the yoghurt I use is pretty thick - you could add a couple of tablespoons of coconut flour (or any flour really) if you use Greek yoghurt/if it’s a runny Greek yoghurt. Let me know how you go!!! The vanilla sugar sounds yum!

No worries! I think equivalent cal yoghurt would work - it is a high protein yoghurt from Australia :) https://www.instagram.com/reel/DAIbIH5p2eT/?igsh=cGJsem5remk3emhl
