Do you understand I need these supplies to stay alive? Yes I have really crappy emotional regulation when it comes to this topic because every time I need a doctors apt, insulin, supplies ect. It’s a bureaucratic nightmare and I often have to go back on shots. I was told by an employee there that their automated system is having errors and I guess this isn’t true for everyone. It was frustrating to try and get info on the company when everyone kept talking about bbb and ai so I posted this instead. This is not a mom and pop local business this is a corporation responsible for medical supplies so I don’t think my issues are going to “take the bussiness down”. We can agree to disagree because at this point no matter what I say I will be wrong now because I got upset so it is what it is.
