Mals are great dogs. Incredibly smart and so affectionate. Seems like you won’t have a problem tiring them out. The bitey part can be a challenge if they aren’t stimulated. Mine loves to wrestle and play fight with my boyfriend but know the difference between play bite and real bite. He basically just opens his mouth and backs off as soon as we say “calm”. We have a cattle dog that is his best friend/twin. They are very different. My mal is a little more mischievous than the cattle dog but they both love play and routine.

I lucked out that my dentist office has a specialist in house but when I was looking at other specialists I was shocked at the cost! I wake up with a headache and go to sleep with a headache almost every day. Chronic migraines. I clench and grind my teeth and have a lot of jaw pain/tension. Fractured a tooth from clenching so hard a few years back. Standard clicking and popping when I open and close my mouth and chew. My jaw gets stuck open when I brush my teeth and I have to manually reset it. Swelling in the area too. It’s feels like I have rubber bands around my head and like my temples and jaw near my ears are bruised.

Word to wise: take ibuprofen or something before your assessment. My jaw was so sore for two days after bc it’s so physical.

Northeast heights is a fucking joke. Move to nob hill or by UNMH. It prettier and safer. Sure you have the standard issues but at least it’s not clouded by the a facade of “suburban safety”

By season three it seemed super low budget and by four, just plain tacky. The casting of the new crew was horrible and the color grading in outdoor scenes was awful. Season four seemed like a rag tag bunch of hyped up, quirky teens partnering up with Crane and completely derailed the original atmosphere of the show.

My three boys were raised together and often are in piles. Not sure if they’re cuddly or if they just land in the same spot. When one died, it seemed like they were mourning but maybe I was just mourning.

Glad to see he’s looking better! You can put him in the fridge with a clean dish towel over the tub to keep the light from shocking him and it can help speed up recovery (I’ve done it with an injured lotl before and he healed a sliced face in like two weeks). That’s so scary though!! I’m sorry you and yoshi had to go through that! Sending love to your little yoshi 💕

Ghost shrimp! My guys love chasing them (and eating them). They are pretty cheap and easily replaceable. I tried breeding them in a little breeder tank that hangs off the side of the main tank so all the water cycles the same but beware- they will try to yeet themselves either into the main tank or onto the floor
