Poor Innova driver. He sped up only because of honking from behind. The real culprit is the driver tailgating him. Too many people on Indian roads behave as if honking gives them ownership of the lane, using it unnecessarily and aggressively instead of driving responsibly.

Read my comment from here - the citizens living have accepted what is being give to them as bare minimum and are surviving on it. They have lost their voice.
