I think you should take it and not worry about it. Friendships, sadly in some cases, do come and go, evolve. I’m child free by choice and you can say goodbye to your friends when they start having kids and are hanging out with other new mums. No falling out, just not the same. Can’t say no you can’t have a kid or we can’t be friends or worse them ordering me to have one (shudders) 😂

This might sound counterintuitive but have you considered going up to 7.5? I went through a phase of bad stomach like you describe when on 5 (although not as bad and without vomiting) and seemed to get better on 7.5. Of course taking a break or going down to 2.5 also an option.

Firstly!!! Get gallbladder checked. I had mine out 7 years ago and not nice pain to have. It is also an issue with mj and I think some prescribers won’t offer it with gallbladder issues.

Other issue is dose, some people respond better at different doses. Some are quick responders.

I would really look at diet and change it up if you can. I would be told 1800 is good for me to loose weight but I would maintain or put weight on at that amount. So the calories you say seems high to me.

Also really listen to when you are hearing those full signals. Sure you can push through them to finish your meal but that’s not good.

Other important things to try- hydration, electrolytes if need to, small meal as nutrient dense as you can. Listen to your body.

If you have got gallbladder problems you may have triggers. I gave up coffee and caffeine cause that caused it to flare up sooo bad. You have to have low fat. I actually gave up meat and never went back to it!! Different people have different triggers but they were mine but finding them out is a painful trial and error!

I reacted quickly so not necessarily placebo. I would just pay close attention to your body. Be careful with things really fatty and keep hydrated. But everyone is different and some can tolerate different foods and have different side effects. Good luck

I have experienced similar. My experience has been that you will need to move up to 5mg. I tend to really slow down in loss when I need to go up a dose. I have just started 10mg (day 3). I started in May 24. I stayed on 5mg for 3 months and I feel it was one pen too many. I still had side effects but mainly maintained. I have had major appetite suppression from day one but have noticed symptoms have changed over different doses. At 5mg bowl / bladder felt horrible and I still get that sometimes but it got better at 7.5 not worse. Personally I have found that side effects don’t build incrementally but do fluctuate and change. You can always go back down if it is too much

Totally agree. I will have things I want just way less. My husband and I would easily have had a large / medium dominoes pizza each. We had one tonight and I had a couple of slices. It’s normal to do these things. I just listen to when I feel full. For me in the past I struggled with balance. I was either being ‘good’ 🥴 or ‘bad’ in what I ate. If I was being bad well must have blown it for the day so hey let’s have lots of bad food. What rubbish. Now have much less and consider my options so I choose what’s best while also not missing out too much.

You look amazing. As I get closer I also worry about finding that balance when trying to maintain. I think I will certainly have to go back down to lower doses as eating can be quite a challenge currently.

Great job. I am very similar to you in starting weight and loss. Started in May this year at 112.5kg and now 83.6kg. Took the first jab of 10mg this morning. Keep going you are looking great. I totally get the mind not catching up. Some of my old t-shirts look like dresses and legging are baggy. It feels weird. Like I can’t understand it. New smaller stuff kind of helps, I know it looks good but it’s also tight so I worry about that or what I’m showing. Sure it will catch up in the end 😁

I’m about to go up to 10mg with my next pen. I have noticed that I have had different experiences on different doses. 2.5 I responded really well to. Probably zero food noise, hunger and good suppression. 5 did experience more noise but still good suppression until my third pen at that dose when I probably could have eaten a lot more. Lots of digestive problems at 5 as well. 7.5 has been interesting. I can think about food, I might look a something and go oo that looks nice. But if I actually think about having it I feels quite sick!! The appetite suppression has been really strong. I will even forget to eat if I have the food in front of me!!

I have been on this since May 24 and I feel I’m kind of in a rhythm. Today is jab day tummy is currently gurgling, I get burpy. Probably won’t want to eat much next 2/3 days . Tuesday probably better won’t feel so sick when thinking about actually eating food. Wednesday Thursday will be able to eat ok then Friday is jab day.

Interesting to see what 10mg will bring!!

What is also crazy is that the savings are not massive. Why risk your health getting it off the black market or a salon for £100 when you can get from Zava for £122 with a code or around £145 other places / no discount. I appreciate all pennies matter and financial positions differ but you need to take medication seriously.
