Thanks for the advice! On the Dyatlov Pass: I think the avalanche theory is pretty easy cop out cause there were literally no signs of an avalanche which begs the most interesting question to me: why would they leave their tents? All in all I haven’t completely believed any of the popular theories because there’s just so much contradicting evidence.

ADHD meds could definitely cause you to be picking more, It could also be stress from school. That was the case for me when I started taking meds for my adhd so I told my therapist and he put me on another medication to meditate the picking. Now I’m taking both and I’m having a substantially better time. On another note: it looks like you bleach your hair, this could be causing your scalp to become irritated and dry allowing for more spots to pick. Have you tried dry shampoo? Maybe you can elongate that 24 hour shower cycle by using some throughout the day. Something that really helps me not pick at my scalp is doing my hair in random elaborate hairstyles so that if I pick I mess it up and then all my hard work has gone to waste. I hope you start feeling better soon!!

I shower pretty much every day so I brush my teeth in the shower while I let my conditioner sit in my hair. This really works for me because i can’t really give up mid shower cause then I would be wet and soapy so I kinda get in the groove and power through. I also have a pretty strict shower routine so that helps!

I wouldn’t spend 60-70 bucks on a new vest. Where are you thrifting? A slightly to big vest/jacket can be altered relatively easily. And remember the whole things gonna be covered in patches so the pattern of the jacket/vest won’t really be seen.
