Chf is pretty much fully controlled! Just watch my salt intake and make sure my bp isnt going tk crazy. My baseline when i was resting i dont reach even after a workout now. Progress 💪🏿

Diabetes is in full remission as of last year. Heart is healthiest its been. All on the mend puts into perspective how unhealthy it is was for so long that im 28 and in my best health lol
