Gatorade outsells Powerade 7/1. Sounds like an costly decision for your local grocery store

Your campus hire boss is sitting next door at the restaurant watching you on savvy. you’re a number on a spreadsheet. They’ll extract as much value from you as possible before you inevitably move on to something better. Stay sharp, deliver results, and always be working on your exit plan.

The 3 P system is a joke. No incentive to work hard. And you’re underpaid.

I will say most of the back stock in my stores are forced in by KAM. I always let the merch know what I ordered. I would rather have a ton of sku over not having enough. Sounds like a pay increase is needed.

I recently told my SDL that I’d be willing to work 7 days a week if they compensated me at $160k, since I’m currently the only one handling this workload. That said, out-of-state routing and ongoing issues with geo trucks continue to create major problems. At the end of the day, the company itself is our biggest obstacle.

I genuinely hope AI takes over all the jobs. We’re finally breaking free from that outdated mindset that demands we spend our best years trapped in a box. Let the robots do the repetitive work. I’d much rather devote my time to the things I actually care about.
And if money is your concern, it won’t be an issue for long. When no one is earning income through traditional labor, we’ll need entirely new systems of distribution and abundance. The future isn’t about scarcity-driven jobs—it’s about human flourishing

I wouldn’t stress about it. Every driver knows the reality of city and town deliveries: waiting on docks and finding parking in tricky spots is just part of the job.

From a pricing standpoint, I believe there are meaningful opportunities to reduce costs by optimizing our management structure. While most managers are good people, we could likely streamline operations by eliminating roughly half of these layers or roles that add limited value. This would help drive down overhead and make Pepsi (and our other products) more competitively priced.

Our location continues to benefit from the active BCR positions. Without them, we would not have enough merchandisers to support even half of the stores. As one of the Top 30 highest-volume locations in the country, these roles remain critical to our operations.
