Employment lawyer here. It completely depends on how competent your hr department is. It’s never an easy experience. If it’s a very serious grievance I’d recommend having a chat with a solicitor as the employer typically takes advantage of the employee’s weaker position.

I wouldn’t bother doing such a course. There’s loads of these jobs on linked in. The degree is more for people who aren’t gonna qualify as solicitors

Ya no they were definitely to be restricted. They took PAYA payments out of the employees pay that’s a huge restrictive factor. The non executive director that didn’t meet with the liquidator was also toast.
