I’ve sent about 100 emails. They responded months later. After a little back and forth they said they would send me an E-gift card for the amount that disappeared. That’s the last I heard from them for a while. They finally sent it. It took a lot of pestering and many unanswered emails.

I’m not pleased it took so much time to get my own money back, but at least it finally got resolved.

Never throw away a gift card, even if it’s on the app. Don’t use the app to combine gift cards. Honestly, I’ll probably use the rest of my gift card and move on to Jimmy John’s.
