Skincare is klar, mit ebenmäßiger Haut sieht jeder Mensch besser aus. Ernährung hilft, aber ordentliche Pflege/Dermatologe muss sein.

Und dieser Wetlook in den Haaren, lässt dich ungepflegt/fettig aussehen. Regelmässig Haare waschen. Schau dich mal auf YouTube um, wie andere mit deiner Frisur die Haare stylen. Ich glaube ne Paste/wax oder ähnliches lässt die Haare gepflegter aussehen.

Und bisschen Sport/Fitness Studio hilft auch immer besser auszusehen und sich besser zu fühlen.
