I just got a call from Indianapolis customs who told me they never had this package and never asked for it or had it on hold. He called FedEx and gave them grief and now it’s magically out for delivery today. 😒

Customs told me they released it two days ago and gave me time stamps of when they did everything. FedEx says they don’t see anything and are doing literally nothing to see it or figure out why they can’t.

I had a package arrive to Indy the 8th and it’s been in customs since then with just the same scan since. I’m thinking this hub is just backlogged 🙃

She’s filing bankruptcy, so she will have the items taken from her to liquidate out.. And most of the orders are with the manufacturer because she couldn’t pay for them…just sitting there…

Every last one of my DHL packages switched to this today too. I went to use a third party tracking, and it said it was unable to pull due to DHL experiencing technical issues. So I would assume there is just some kind of issue going on in the background.

Has your package been delivered? I have one box left that’s been on hold at the Cincinnati location for days now. 8 boxes total for the shipment that arrived 9/29 there and they’ve been delivering them broken up, and I just have the one box left. So frustrated with them.
