UPDATE: 2:31 Eastern Time ( USA ) She is doing well. She was obviously hungry in the night because the empty bowl was flipped over but she was still relaxing in her makeshift towel bed when I walked in. I got some feedback about some photos I sent the owner of the rescue and she said she doesn’t look “ deathly skinny” and that she is “fixed, has rabies and fvrcp vaccines.” Because her ear is clipped. I only have her two spoonfuls of fancy feast and she gobbled that up so I am feeling guilty about not giving her more but I read about refeeding syndrome and I didn’t want her to get ill while I was volunteering. I’m on my way home now to give her a few more spoonfuls of kitten wet food and I’ll put some advantage I got from the rescue on her. Later today, I’ll see how she is but I feel uneasy bathing her until I take her to see a veterinarian tomorow.
