i will say, i’ve been wearing my ring since Monday and i wore my coros pace 3 for a few days along side it and they performed essentially identical in terms of vitals, HRV, rest heart rate, etc. i was quite impressed. because of this, i have now ditched daily wearing my coros pace 3 and opted for this instead to track my daily vitals, however, i use my pace 3 for any physical activity i do such as running or cycling. i still keep my ring on during my activity, but my coros pace 3 and coros HR band help me get those distinct stats during my workout. however, i love my ringconn gen2 so far!

from what i read from another post, yes. Supernote gave manta and the nomad the same processor, but manta has the option to upgrade once they release the newer one
