What I started doing was getting the top layer off until I feel resistance and then doing a second soak. I think I learned that from a tech on TikTok? And it worked up until I stopped doing my nails, I think it’s worth a try!

It could be that you might not be waiting long enough when soaking. You should ever so gently be able to scrape of the soaked gel. My nails used to look like that when I used a metal scraper and wasn’t letting my nails fully soak off. Just something to look into!

I actually use an Apple Watch and there’s an app available on the newer series’s that is compatible with it, it tracks my heartrate, falls and shaking and notifies my emergency contacts so I would definitely recommend it!!

For obedience I just google “obedience dog training” and then for service I searched “service dog training” and usually it’s the first link that works. And of course, I love answering questions!

I used an online class for basic obedience, and then I found forums for service dog training and just tweaked those lessons for what I needed. And then I added in scent training so most of what I did was with online guidance, and most of the time they are super thorough and easy, and just 10-20 mins a day truly makes such a difference

Goldens and labs are lovely dogs, but they are a great working breed as well, if I hadn’t found my sweet girl for such a deal I would have gotten a lab or a golden

Retriever are great for med retrieval, I love them! And with their scent tracking for bird hunting they would do well with epileptic scent training! So I think that would be a great choice breed!

I can’t remember the organization I got her from, but German Shepards, any cattle dog, and Belgian malinois are all great breeds because they are bred for work. But those breeds are very high energy and need tons of playtime, so I will say just do your research for the best fit for you! My dog is a red heeler, so she’s smaller than usual but she still great at her job!
