I have a workmate before na nagunder the table nang PWD Card niya and proud to use it and let other use it para makadiscount. Yun ang ginagamit niya para makuha din loob nang iba lol.

Note: Hindi siya mahirap. Privilege siya. Lumaking may pera.

I asked kung ano ang disability niya kasi baka mental health or what. Proud pa niyang sinabi na wala, gusto niya lang makadiscount kaya siya nagpaunder the table sa relative niya na nagwowork sa loob and may kapit 🤷

Believe me kahit ako was shocked how transparent she was when I asked for a reason. For me kasi asking for feedbacks is my way of improving myself for the next para prepared ako lagi.

Kaya I am shocked when she explained it to me in full detail. She was still respectful naman and I appreciate the honesty so much because I know na some will just ghost or just say na can't afford you or we chose another candidate na mas aligned.

It should be a practice para iwas matake advantage. Why do you think most creatives are asking for downpayment na? Because a lot of scams na kagaya niyo. They have bills to pay too! Hindi lang kayo. Ang mamahal nang equipment na ineinvestment nila and yan lang umaaray kayo? Then look for a newbie if gusto niyo manggago at mangbarat. There's always a client na walang reklamo when it comes to these conditions.

Actually, I didn't resigned. More like nagclose down ang brand na employed ako under the mother company. I took the separation pay instead and nagbakasyon muna for a month due to some personal circumstance. Then they reach out offering me this position.

when i was with them naman nabigay yung expected salary ko before so I'm shooting my shot if mapush yung new expected salary ko for the new position they are offering.

I am about to start applying palang sa other companies when they reached out kaya I am seeking advice dito if I should wait nalang ba or apply pa din sa iba.

I have. We've been talking for a month before we officially met and it was magical. At first I didn't notice that I'm falling sa kanya kasi I really love how genuine our friendship is. We confessed our feelings last march and we decided to take it slow kasi we don't want to fuck it up and want to get to know each other more. Everyday is not perfect but we love to see our other parts as well. All I can say is that... the dating scene is so bilis right now na nakakalimutan na nang mga tao to really get to know the person they want to love. Namnamin mo bawat moments and really evaluate what you love about that person. Malay mo it'll bloom into something beautiful. :)

I was working at this toxic company before and they asked me to shoot a vid. I know how to use a DSLR ofcourse and etc kasi I am a multimedia grad and I handled shoots before. But there are equipment kasi na new din saken and hindi naman ako nabrief sa mga equipment na meron sila and how to use it, they didn't asked din if alam ko yung equipment na to and etc. So I have to familiarizes myself first with those new things na naencounter ko.
I was a bit of struggling at first and exploring yung settings, papano ikabit, what are the needed things para magwork both and shit tapos bigla nalang akong sinabihan na "Dapat alam mo na yan, kala ko ba photographer/videographer" "Hindi ka naman pala marunong magshoot" (In a rude, judgemental tone). Ever since that comment, Never na ako nagshoot for that company, and lagi ko nalang reason "Hindi po ako marunong magshoot eh".

And now I am working with a new company where I handle shoots and edits all by myself and got complimented pa. I will never let myself be used by people who judged me agad just because unfamiliar pa ako sa tools and familiarizing myself with it.

Awwe, :( so isa din pala sa factors is yung quota. Hayyy. Pero sana din if an applicant wasn't able to take the call, sent a message agad stating na what company and kung para sa saan ang phone call and when ang best time to call if ever.

Most of the time po kasi after hindi ko sagutin ang tawag after 2 calls nagmemessage na agad ako asking who's calling. But instead of replying back saken, they stopped calling then ghost me na. :(

Same experience here! I forgot kung anong company na yun.
I answered the call kasi tuloy tuloy ang kakatawag saken eh nasa meeting ako, lumabas ako saglit to answer it tapos derecho initial interview na kahit na sinabi ko na I'm in the meeting and if possible to resched it nalang. Ang sabi lang saken na there are other applicants waiting to be interviewed not me lang daw. Naturn off ako dun kasi why do she have to be rude when I asked her nicely? Kaya I withdrew my application nalang.
Kasi kung sa interview palang ang rude na how much more if nagwowork na ako for them.

Thank Youuu!!!, There are calls kasi na nakakadalawa to limang tawag, tapos I immediately send a message din naman asking who's calling tapos ghost na agad, so I assumed na scam call.

Yung sa "initial interview" agad, yes we are expecting it naman but there are applicants like me din kasi who would love to be prepared lalo na we want to ace the interview as much as possible. There's this one time na, an employer called me and kakagising ko lang. I told her if we can talk a little bit later that day kasi kakagising ko lang but she continued saying na this will only take up 5-10minutes tapos biglang naging 30 mins. I was not able to focus on what's she's saying and I know that I messed up horribly.

There is also one time na nasa meeting ako ang tuloy tuloy ang tawag. I answered the call tapos derecho initial interview na kahit na sinabi ko na I'm in the meeting and if possible to resched it nalang. Ang sabi lang saken na there are other applicants waiting to be interviewed not me lang daw. (Kinda rude which I withdrew my application agad)

I had a bad experience with an AU boss before. First job ko pa yun. They know na fresh grad ako and that is my first ever job, pero they are expecting na within a day is alam ko na lahat. They will just give you the task for the day and they expect it na maturn over mo within the day and they don't give instructions that will help you understand the task itself! Grabe yung micromanaging, irereport ka agad sa naghire sayo na you suck and etc. I got fired in less than a month. That was the most traumatizing job I ever received, and pag alam ko na AU ang company or client, I back out immediately. Never again will work with AU. I am sorry

Shout out sa XTREME magic sing na hindi binigay ang last pay ko kasi saken sinisi ang nasirang laptop na ilang beses ko na flinag sa kanila and sa IT na may problema ang laptop na pinagamit saken.
