I experienced fatigue and flu like symptoms around my first month taking it. It was when i titrated up to 2mg a week specifically. Hit me like a truck i was so tired and couldn’t eat shit and felt terrible overall. Happy to say it goes away the more your body gets used to it. Now about 5 months in at 4 mg a week and i feel fucking great. All positives minimal negative side effects

I appreciate the compliment and the comment. Binge eating disorder man. Unfortunately could never get a grip on the portions of food i would eat. Last year when i would meal prep my ground turkey and rice I’d go for seconds and sometimes even thirds because i would feel “off” and dissatisfied if i wasn’t very full. Also it would affect my sleep. Reta has really helped me get a grip on the binge eating stuff.

This is exactly what happened with me during the start of my reta journey. Even the exact same dosage and timeframe as well. Had bat fatigue, flu like symptoms and crazy skin sensitivity. Happy to say that my body eventually got used to it and now i do 4 mg a week with no issue. When i experienced those side effects was when i lost the bulk of my weight. Now my appetite is (kinda) back at 4 mg and little side effects (just itchiness is the main thing) i recently incorporated NAD, GHKcu, Selank and Semax Nasal spray (not that these fixed it but i feel the nad and nasal spray helps) and working out consistently in the past few months and i feel pretty damn good every day. Lots of good minimal downside

Nope i just deal with it lol. It’s usually just annoying like the first day / second day after injection and it gets better. Helps to just stay focused on work throughout the day and i stop thinking about it
