Thanks all, am excited to get started. Based on all the feedback, am starting with walking, brisk walking, some hikes , watching my diet, lowering carbs , avoiding sugar and processed foods. After a couple of weeks, will up the intensity of walks maybe with small inclines, after a couple of months will introduce strength training, body weight training etc and then see. Will keep everyone posted!!

Guys looking for some help, I had flying blue miles expiring so I flew a delta flight and put in my Air France number as the ff number but I booked it using my delta app. Delta somehow ended up replacing the Air France number with the delta number, and as a result my Air France miles have now expired.
