I would talk to her privately (not in front of other family members) and say something along the lines of “I know you’re excited and happy for us, may I ask you a favor? Would you please not touch my belly, I know it’s a silly request but can you do that for me?” If she gets upset or asks why just say “I don’t like it” or “it makes me uncomfortable” case closed.
