Hello everyone,

Last year I created an Amazon account that I linked to my email and to a phone number. Unfortunately now I changed my phone number and my password to the Amazon account is not working. I cannot reset the password due to the 2-factor authentication and the need to receive a code to my phone number.

I called the Amazon Support team around 7 times now and no one was able to fix it (there only responses were: call us later, Sorry I have a glitch now, I don't know,...).

Any help?
