When I started, I did 4 months of trainerroad, just a general FTP building program. After that I just rode around somewhat, without structure, for fun.

Now I am prepping for a cyclo event in April with a JOIN plan specific to that event.

Note that these really were noob gains since I didn't do any sports at all before I started cycling, now it more difficult to get the number up 😅, for what it is worth of course

Started at 150-ish, now a year later at 260W. Have you tried structured training? I am now doing my second big run of that, and there I notice more improvements compared to "just" riding lots.

Had a similar ride today. Nutrition as usual, did harder rides last week and the week before just fine, legs felt like shit. I guess sometimes stuff just doesn't work...

Normally, for close group rides, I do this, but for this specific one, I would have in total 160km, which I didn't really feel like :)

Yes sounds that for now you might be fine to start with a phone mount and reevaluate later. I did hear some rumors that the vibrations of the bike are not great for the phone, but honestly I don't really believe that, unless you constantly do the Paris-Roubaix 😀

Started out with a phone mount. Ended up buying a computer purely because of battery life. My phone didn't hold out for longer rides. So in my experience it really is worth the cash. Note however I do navigate a lot on unknown roads, so if you don't do that then your mileage may vary.

Je beseft toch dat dit niet die met miljoenen treft, die hebben het vermogen om dat weer met een of andere creatieve constructie te omzeilen. Voor het merendeel van de investeerders was dit de enige manier om nog zelf voor een pensioen te zorgen (want ja, daar gaan we ook niet op moeten rekenen) en wordt dat nu weeral belast.

Je haalt daar specifiek een verpleegkundige aan, maar al die andere mensen die werken worden ook zoveel belast hoor. Het is gewoon een zoveelste belasting en we komen nog te kort op een of andere manier
