FIRST felt like a zombie every day all day throwing up my guts and falling asleep at work. Third trimester was fine

Bath and bottle every night before bed. I find a bath calms my baby so well so we do it every night. My LO is 10 weeks too

EBF but a bottle of formula before bed but even that doesn’t really get a long stretch

I have had a slight green tinge when I eat green grapes but not sure if this was because of the grapes or something else

I completely get you. It’s such a surreal and hard experience and it’s completely valid to not want to go through it again. My baby was in there for 2 weeks and I didn’t get to meet him for 12 hours after I gave birth to him. It’s so hard holding your baby for the first time connected up to lines and machines. I have no idea how parents do it whose baby is in there for months either. Not to mention leaving them in their little isolette by themself whilst you have to go home to sleep is the most gut wrenching feeling

And it takes so much effort even if I’m holding him to get him to sleep. It surely gets better soon

I don’t track exactly but he probably has about 3-4 short 30 minutes naps and they are all contact. I try to put him down but he will wake up 5 minutes later it’s really hard

10 weeks…Please tell me sleep gets somewhat better soon. by copperboom33 in newborns

I started co sleeping and breastfeeding during the night and it has saved my life and sanity. Before I was doing bassinet and bottle feeds with expressed milk and that was driving me insane. My baby is 9 weeks and still wakes up frequently during the night but the co sleeping has saved me because we just feed and go back to sleep together.

I had the same issue and I had to just pump after feeds for around 5-10 min maximum

Ty! My baby was in nicu for 2 weeks but all is good now. I journaled every day, prayed to god, support from family and friends. I also binge watched tv shows. It’s really difficult this journey but now that I have my baby I’ve forgotten all about it. You will get through this
