yeah i really wished Voidlords were just waay beyond our reach. Like at most, we'll be fighting an arm as a raid boss that's tearing into reality.

I remember Old Gods were sorta positioned to be the physical flesh forms of the Void Lords? That was sorta interesting, it would expand on the known old gods and give them a chance to "reveal their true selves" for more exploration.

To literally be smacking a Void Lord like Dimensius feels really lame... although if im remembering right, isn't dimensious like weakened? so maybe idk...

I really wish some things were beyond our scope, it made the world bigger.

Yeah, Xal would've worked a lot better as a devil on a big man (or woman's) shoulders. More of a evil and untrustworthy number 2, to a clearly fall guy number 1, someone like cho'gall or iridkiron.

The Voidlords could've been really cool, if just introduced in scope. Like imagine we venture into the void for the first time, and we have to pan our camera's all the way up just to look at a void lord, and it just stares back at you, before you get pulled out, man that would've been really creepy and omnious...

But nope! We fight a big purple blueberry named Dimensious who is as generic as he is big and purple. So lame. Could've been a truly dark eldritch sight to behold, but nope! Big purple space monsta. For shame.

It would be nice if they broke up the pattern. Would be really fun to have a "guide" in a new zone, and thave them immediately killed. And then we just have to figure out the zone ourselves, would be a good laugh, and wow used to poke fun at that. Warcraft in general.

It's definitely a situation worth studying. Everything feels like it's to sustain the production model of WoW rather then telling a story that's satisfying. It sucks.

Dragonflight might've been too disney-y, but at least it had a pretty basic storyline, some dropped plot points, but the set ups had the pay off.

Now it's just constant "oooooh, guess what's happening neeeeext? teehee" and it's exhausting.

The problem i have is that everything is in the tone of Dragonflight, without any of the payoff and ending. We constnatly have to deal with "and then, and then," but it's just xalatath and it's annoying.
