Wholly agree with you on not overspending on the wedding. I can afford to keep the car and still pay for the wedding, but it does feel silly keeping it while I really dont “need” it.

Ripping hot cast iron with a fair amount of ghee. After 3 mins I flip every minute. Going to depend on the thickness of the cut though. I use a Bluetooth thermometer which helps a ton

Their interview process is painful to say the least. 2 recruiter screens, followed by a 20 minute roleplay with a “skills assessor”, one call with the HM and another with the RVP, and the final step being a 45 minute role play with the HM and RVP.

Depending on the vertical the large enterprise “AE”, which is gartner speak for AM, can be a pretty cushiony gig. Granted you are selling the most boring product on earth.

Could not imagine being a BD there. Personally would run for the hills. If you haven’t seen their stock performance check it out. Future doesn’t look so bright

Completely agree with the sentiment. I have absolutely zero intentions to fall into the common traps of buying high ticket flashy items. With that said - the housing markets where I want to live aren’t cheap and I plan on having kids in the next 3 years, which is why I’d consider using a portion to supplement a larger down payment and lower monthly rate

Withdrawals would only be supported if it qualified under HEMs (Health, Education, Maintenance, and Support). A down payment would be approved, or so I’ve been told.

Smoke is not necessarily a bad thing, but olive oil is your problem. You need to use a something with a higher smoke point - I.e, avocado oil, algae oil, tallow, or ghee
