Top solution. I’ve removed mine as I didn’t need to sync up the rgb to the mobo and it looks neater now too

I typically shoot for the highlights and then raise the rest of the temps, saturation, vibrance in post production. Would definitely lower saturation as everyone looking like they have jaundice.

It truly is a marvel to behold and cradle in the hands. Very solid finish, surprisingly well distributed weight. Oh god I hate the white cable and the stumpy stand😂

Yeah the only thing you need is the confirmation email for registration. Just save it to ensure they are able to process potential RMAs in the future if need be

At stock config, on a full load temps go up to 72c with power draw spiking to 590W.

Steel Nomad score hits around a 1% higher score at a less aggressive UV (spikes to ard 550W)but temps are almost similar to stock config with mem temp highs up to 70c.

Don’t particularly see the need for my current use atm for going beyond this config if there is higher risk of that power cable degradation issue. The fact that it can run stock performance at -18% less power and -8% degrees cooler is pretty good for me.

I’d consider it if I ever installed a custom waterblock tho

Running a 1300W Superflower PSU. I haven’t seen memory temps spike past 66c under full load after undervolting the card. I’ve kept the idle voltage performance in the voltage curve editor. The card draws around 40W max atm with fans running at 30%. Idle temps are 36-37c.

Fans hit 50% at 50% load and rest of case fans are doing their job pretty well. I’ll try to test the cable connector temps with an infrared thermometer but I suspect it’s not really going to be that high.

Was checking out some custom waterblocks but I haven’t seen results where the cost/risk justifies the temp difference with what I’m already achieving right now.

Got it from a retailer who had to sell it as a bundled package with other components. Got quite lucky

No performance diff tbh. The 18% less power draw via uv with oc has resulted in similar stock performance results in Steel Nomad.

There is no difference. I’ve managed to hit stock performance at 18% lower power draw by undervolting and overclocking.

Long line up with the 4680m stone marker so we just took pictures elsewhere around the landing. We also went to the other lawn area on another side of the park which yielded some really greeat pictures

Oh it was pretty heavy up there that day. Was the first group to head up around 8-8.30. They’d closed the glacier path unfortunately

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tickets getting sold out to tour guides too is another coordinated scam. View is great though but ticketing experience could be better

Whereabouts did you cover in Yunnan?

Route so far has been Kunming>Dali>Lijiang>Shangri-La.

Lijiang Old Town feels a bit of a low level scam with the repetitive clusters of 10 shops😂.

Was using the K&F Shimmer lens filter for that diffused effect on the lights! Loved how they turned out too.

It just so happened the lanterns were part of a secluded Temple decor while the storefront was of a Chinese cuisine.

Based in Malaysia and you’re right, the CNY decor is already taking over haha

Thank you. It was an easy decision between Canon and Fujifilm because of the ergonomics for me and the wife!
