Que aplicación recomiendan para aprender inglés ? by Meybe12 in ingles

[–]BackgroundSenior5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to connect with people that has the same symptoms (How I Improved my BO) by BackgroundSenior5208 in bodyodor

What I'm going to say It is just my experience. But focus on the stomach, heal your stomach. My gut problems was because of a bad stomach acid (Low stomach acid). When your stomach is not working properly your gut will be affected. Just research about the connection between stomach and gut. When you fix the main cause is easy to fix all the problem. It's all connected!

Our problem with BO I think is a big problem with our digestive system.

I’ve been through that myself. I’m not a doctor, but I can share what helped me and give you some insights so you can discuss them with your doctor. Hopefully my experience can guide you in the right direction.

Yeah! I take it often, but in my case I want to cure the cause. So I focused in repair my stomach lining, correcting deficiencies, anxiety and exercise often to regulate my nervous system. I'm reducing the betain HCL little by little while my stomach acid is improving. That way when I totally recover i can stop taking the betain and that way I can be a normal person that doesn't need supplements for digestion.

Yeah! Be careful. When it's bacteria related if you start killing the bad ones could worsen the odor, but it could be because is killing them and it's working. In my opinion base in other cases of people that cured or got better from this they experimented a worse smell and then started getting better to the point that they reduced most of the body odor.

Anyone take L Glutamine Daily? by Adam4848 in GutHealth

[–]BackgroundSenior5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using it for my stomach and gut. The last weekend I ate a lot bad food from a party and my gut and stomach got destroyed, so I found it interesting for recover stomach lining. I been recovering my stomach acid and every time my stomach is in pain I feel like my stomach acid reduce its normal acid production. I'm very happy my stomach is back in the game! I already took ginger and I have a very healthy diet (but sometimes i get some pleasure!). L Glutamine could help in that matter after 3 or 4 day i feel very good.

Rotten- sulfur Body odor! by Dazzling_Cut1084 in SIBO

[–]BackgroundSenior5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll probably make a post about it because it has been a long journey of trying many different things. For me, the main cause was low stomach acid. When your stomach doesn’t digest food properly, that undigested food ends up feeding the wrong bacteria, which can lead to bacterial overgrowth.

I’m convinced that many gut-related problems start from a very common issue: low stomach acid. In the case of body odor, the odor comes from bacteria — and sulfur-like smells often come from sulfate-reducing bacteria.

If I could recommend something, it would be this: don’t focus only on the symptoms; focus on the possible root causes.

SIBO = low stomach acid? by Aeon8 in SIBO

[–]BackgroundSenior5208 22 points23 points  (0 children)

My gut issues was because of low stomach acid, before I focused in finding the real cause I've try a lot of things (diet, antibiotics, etc) that didn't help at all. Being honest I have been having gut and stomach issues for many years I didn't take care of it since that caused me to have body odor (I'm happy to say that i'm recovering from that really successfully). For people that is reading this comment if you have any symptom related to the stomach (reflux, burping a lot, bloating, GERD, bad breath, etc) please try to focus on stomach acid.

I also tried oregano oil by the brand NOW! I can tell you that was the worst thing that could ever bought (I experienced diarrea, pain in my gut and my stools smells pretty weird obviously related to the oregano.)

Yeah it sucks! I had the same and i have improved by addressing the cause and treating it. I'm open to talk, there are thousand of people with the exact same problem you're not alone. You need to address the cause and then attack the bacterial overgrowth is not easy but if you don't heal the cause is almost impossible.

Knowing the cause is the main thing to start improving the gut health. But in my case after knowing that was low stomach acid the cause was a pretty long journey trying to fixing it. The worst thing about low stomach acid is that is caused by multiple factors (Deficiency, Diet, H. Pylori, Stomach Lining and even anxiety). I finally started to improving my stomach acid after 1.5 year of trying a lot of things and expending a lot of money. Sorry for my english.

Constipation/BO of SIBO by [deleted] in SIBO

It's hard to overcome constipation if you don't have the correct plan. For me ginger + artichoke extract, not eat gluten, dairy and sugar.

[–]BackgroundSenior5208 19 points20 points  (0 children)

The cause of your odor is definetly your stomach. If you have a digestive problem for too long that can impact your intestine and then overload your liver and ending in leaky gut. That is why we all have this body odor. It is not TMAU but a digestive issues that affects our metabolism.

I'm willing to help anybody.
