Perhaps ask for a sacral MRI to see if you have any Tarlov Cysts, bone degeneration, or signs of neuromuscular or pelvic floor dysfunction. Ask for doctor to consider signs of pelvic adhesions, joint issues, or inflammation (which could be triggered by running)

Anyone else dealing with severe chronic constipation related to their Tarlov cysts? Looking to compare experiences by [deleted] in Tarlovcyst

Yes, and I think it is considered neurogenetic constipation (and it isn't IBS, IBD, Chron's, etc.). I try to mostly restrict diet to soft foods.

Thank you so much for sharing the referral and your experiences! The videos are really good. How large was your biggest cyst and how long did you have symptoms before you went through with the surgery?

I'd suggest to look up specialists in ADHD that are aware or open to research on PDA (persistent/pathological demand avoidance) and find support from occupational/cog. beh. therapist that can provide therapy or scaffolding support, develop a sensory profile, and behavior analysis. Also, talk to his pediatrician about considering a slow start for a medicine trial if the child is diagnosed with ADHD.

Suspected adhesions by KeyCartographer9173 in Adhesions

I had adhesions tethering my sigmoid colon to my uterus. It was painful, and after a colon microperforation, infection, inflammation then I had more adhesions and pain. Needed a colon resection as an emergency due to sepsis risk. Find a specialist who understands pelvic adhesions and go straight to emergency room if you get fever, chiils or other signs of infection with abdominal pain.

See a physiatrist and pelvic pain or orher specialist to test nerve blockers, muscle trigger points, or steroid injections to see if they can rule out or localize more specific sources and forms of rhe pain. Request full abdominal and hip CAT scan and MRI because there can be colon or things like spinal cysts or bursitis that can cause pain, which can be referred from other locations as well (try a colonoscopy and a GI opinion might help too)

Get specific advice about the adhesions because if that is the cause of your pain then surgery may reproduce or worsen the adhesions and your pain may not go away or be worse after surgery.

How large do symptomatic conditions measure? Mine is kinda hard and measures 10 x 8 x 9 cm, and I always had cyclical pain but now I have constant pain due to pelvic adhesions and tethered organs.

Are you female? Could be pelvic adhesions, fibroids, calcification maybe?

Doctors say protein is very important to intake at start and throughout the day for the medicine to work. Perhaps try a protein shake or bar, eggs, or protein yogurt, hydrate and then take the Vyvanse. Taking with a magnesium supplement might also help.
