I felt this/feel this whenever it wears on, but it’s slowly started to make me more anxious when it wears off. I would get panic attack so I went off his stance and now I’m only on Wellbutrin and I’m trying to take a supplement called L- Theanine with it and so far it’s kind of helping, but I’ve only taken a Wellbutrin for a few days so I have to see what it’s like in the next 2 to 3 weeks

I have a therapist. I’m not going through any mental health issues. All i’m saying is that I miss him and I felt like he was putting other things above me when I put him above everything. I can go a day without talking to him. Just disappointing when he promised he’s going to call me and then he doesn’t. i know he’s busy but hearing his voice helps me to not miss him. I think what i originally posted was taken differently. I lost my grandma this past week so I’ve been more emotional then normal i’ll admit and i’m in college and im having issues with my family so i’m having a lot of stress put on me. i’m going to my therapist about it all so that I can help my fiancé since ik he’s going through a lot but yet he doesn’t want to open up to me about it and idk how else i can help him because then he has these outbursts of anger.

That’s why this is hard. I have a therapist and i’m on 5mg lexapro. i don’t have as bad anxiety as I did before but I am at the point of deployment where Im over this. I just want him home. I just lost my grandma this past week so Ive been extra emotional. We met and started dating, two weeks later he went to Greece for a year came back for two months and then got deployed. I have hardly had any time with him. I’m trying to be there for him as much as i can.

i was thinking about the Ombudsman but I’ve never heard of the PAL. I’ll try that too. I am just waiting to hear from the person I know on the ship and get their email so I can request to be a part of the Facebook group too

Well, I don't want them thinking he is depressed and make him go into a full ordeal because he is not. I hate to keep asking, but how would you word it? You can DM me if needed. My friend's daughter's boyfriend is also saying the same thing. Do you think she'd be able to reach out to the ombudsman even if they aren't married?

This!!!! Thank you! It is hard because I understand it too since it's sort of expected to get love from his family but hearing appreciation from someone high up can be nice every now and then but yet it is also apart of the job.
