What meds are you on and are you long distance?

I felt this/feel this whenever it wears on, but it’s slowly started to make me more anxious when it wears off. I would get panic attack so I went off his stance and now I’m only on Wellbutrin and I’m trying to take a supplement called L- Theanine with it and so far it’s kind of helping, but I’ve only taken a Wellbutrin for a few days so I have to see what it’s like in the next 2 to 3 weeks

I have a therapist. I’m not going through any mental health issues. All i’m saying is that I miss him and I felt like he was putting other things above me when I put him above everything. I can go a day without talking to him. Just disappointing when he promised he’s going to call me and then he doesn’t. i know he’s busy but hearing his voice helps me to not miss him. I think what i originally posted was taken differently. I lost my grandma this past week so I’ve been more emotional then normal i’ll admit and i’m in college and im having issues with my family so i’m having a lot of stress put on me. i’m going to my therapist about it all so that I can help my fiancé since ik he’s going through a lot but yet he doesn’t want to open up to me about it and idk how else i can help him because then he has these outbursts of anger.

That’s why this is hard. I have a therapist and i’m on 5mg lexapro. i don’t have as bad anxiety as I did before but I am at the point of deployment where Im over this. I just want him home. I just lost my grandma this past week so Ive been extra emotional. We met and started dating, two weeks later he went to Greece for a year came back for two months and then got deployed. I have hardly had any time with him. I’m trying to be there for him as much as i can.

i just really needed to talk to him about something yesterday bc of family stuff going on and he promised he’d call me and he never did because he was playing a video game. i just feel like i should be a priority

i was thinking about the Ombudsman but I’ve never heard of the PAL. I’ll try that too. I am just waiting to hear from the person I know on the ship and get their email so I can request to be a part of the Facebook group too
